ISBE General State Aid (GSA) Enrollment Types

Update 7/25/19 – Glenbard will continue to internally identify the ALOP groups in Powerschool.

ISBE update 4/25/19 – 2017-2018 was the last year for the GSA requirement. Attendance will be reported to SIS system moving forward.

For attendance reporting purposes student enrollment types are identified as claimable(default for a new enrollment in Powerschool) and non-claimable (student groups identified for a school year).

The enrollment type can change in a school year due to a student enrollment change. All student transfer processes include student enrollment type and transfer comment requirements.
