Clearing Guardian Fields During Demographics Verification

Parents have the option to delete the following fields via the demographics verification screen. The fields listed below have a checkbox marked “Clear?” that will delete the currently stored information:

  • Student’s middle name
  • Guardian 1’s first and last name, email, day phone, home phone, other phone
  • Guardian 2’s first and last name, email, day phone, home phone, other phone
  • Physician’s name and phone
  • Emergency contact 1’s other phone
  • Emergency contact 2’s name, phone, and other phone
  • Emergency contact 3’s name, phone, and other phone

It looks like the screenshot below:

When a parent has marked a field to be cleared, the data personal will see it as appears in the screenshot below:

The following fields cannot be cleared by design:

  • Student’s first and last name
  • Student’s address
  • Student’s date of birth
  • Student’s gender
  • Student’s birthplace
  •  Guardianship
  • Attendance phone number and mass communication phone numbers and email addresses
  • Emergency contact 1’s name and primary phone
