Charging iPad Students for Replacement Books

Posterita does not allow users to charge customers for items that are normally free.  In order to charge iPad students for replacement physical textbooks, cashiers need to use a separate item: #12345 Replacement Book.

1. Add a student to the sale.
2. In the item search bar, type 12345 and hit enter.
3. A pop-up will appear asking for price and description.
4. Enter a Price
5. Enter the name of the book in the Description field.
6. Click the OK button.
