Exclude Non-Credit Courses from Storing Final Grades

Before Quarter 1 ends, each building’s Data Specialist needs to confirm that lunch and study hall will not be included in the stored grades process and take corrective action if necessary.

  1. Click School under Setup on the left side
  2. Click Sections under Scheduling
  3. Find Lunch in the list on the left hand menu
  4. Click the course name to bring up a section list
  5. Click on the period under the EXP column
  6. About half way down the Edit Section page is a check box titled Exclude from Storing Final Grades.  Click this check box.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Section page, and click the Submit button.
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 for all sections of lunch at the school.
  9. Repeat steps 3-9 for all sections of study hall at the school
