Exclude Non-Credit Courses from Storing Final Grades
Before Quarter 1 ends, each building’s Data Specialist needs to confirm that lunch and study hall will not be included in the stored grades process and take corrective action if necessary.
- Click School under Setup on the left side
- Click Sections under Scheduling
- Find Lunch in the list on the left hand menu
- Click the course name to bring up a section list
- Click on the period under the EXP column
- About half way down the Edit Section page is a check box titled Exclude from Storing Final Grades. Click this check box.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Section page, and click the Submit button.
- Repeat steps 4-7 for all sections of lunch at the school.
- Repeat steps 3-9 for all sections of study hall at the school
