Activating a Course in the PowerScheduler Course Catalog

In order for courses to be available for scheduling, they must be activated in the PowerScheduler Course Catalog or the Catalog parameter This is handled by each building’s Data Specialist.Remember: Courses must first be activated in PowerSchool before they can be activated in PowerScheduler.

  1. Open PowerScheduler
  2. Click on Catalogs under Parameters
  3. Click Edit Course Catalog
  4. In the Master Course List click the checkboxes next to the courses that you want to activate.
  5. Click the Submit button.
