APSS: Giving a Student 8 Pay Eligibility

APSSs can set students’ eligibility for the 8 pay payment plan through PowerSchool.

1. In the Admin side of PowerSchool, select a student.
2. Click Custom Screens from the left side navigation menu.
3. Click APSS Screen
4. Click the 8 Pay Eligible checkbox and click the the Submit button.
5. After this is set, the parents can immediately login to the parent portal of PowerSchool and setup an 8-pay payment plan.
