Troubleshooting Skyward Two-Factor Authentication

If Skyward is sending one-time security codes, but those codes are not getting you into your account, then this article is for you.


Browser updates that are partially applied may be causing an issue. Try shutting down your browser completely. Then launch your browser and try again.

Do not share your log in information with other employees. Doing so is against District policy. In addition, Skyward cannot handle one user being logged in multiple times from different devices.
