Managing Your Accounts
All functions for managing your accounts can be found under the Account > Account Profile.
Viewing a Single Account
In the upper-left, you can search for an account.
One the left side of this screen are tabs that display different information.
General > Fiscal Year: This provides you with high level totals year to year.
General > Monthly Activity: This provides you with high- level totals on a monthly basis.
Accounts Payable > Invoices: This is where you can research checks that have been written from this account.
Accounts Payable > Credit Card Transactions: This is where you can research p-card transactions using this account.
Accounts Payable > Expense Reimbursements: This is where you can research employee reimbursements using this account.
Purchasing > Purchase Orders: Lists purchase orders for this account.
Viewing Multiple Accounts
You can view the same information for multiple accounts by going to the menu, Account > Account List.
All account owners and purchases have access to an activity report.
- Click the green menu () button.
- Click Account.
- Click Transaction Activity report under the Reports heading.
- Click Run Report.
