Manage Diploma Names/Graduation Status

In September Registrars begin to form their non-graduate list. This will be a work in progress during the course of the year. It is easiest put into a table with 4 columns,Student Number, Student Name,Counselor and a Comment column. Once you have your table created, you can begin your list by adding students in the following order.

  1. Transfer any non-grad from the previous year marked ‘Aged Out’.
  2. Send email to counselors for any students they know will not graduate, i.e. ELL, Special Ed, new students or  students with low credit counts.
  3. Contact District off campus facilitator or assistant for off-campus student status.
  4. Contact Principal of the Directions Program for student status.
