Manage Diploma Names/Graduation Status
In September Registrars begin to form their non-graduate list. This will be a work in progress during the course of the year. It is easiest put into a table with 4 columns,Student Number, Student Name,Counselor and a Comment column. Once you have your table created, you can begin your list by adding students in the following order.
- Transfer any non-grad from the previous year marked ‘Aged Out’.
- Send email to counselors for any students they know will not graduate, i.e. ELL, Special Ed, new students or students with low credit counts.
- Contact District off campus facilitator or assistant for off-campus student status.
- Contact Principal of the Directions Program for student status.
