Evacuation Drill Support – South

The Data Support Specialist at South assists biannually in preparing documents for evacuation drills. The Data Specialist will compile a list of all students, their basic contact information, and their period 3 teachers.

1. Select all active students
2. From the functions drop-down of the student selection click Quick Export
3. Include the following fields in the export:
   1. student_number
   2. lastfirst
   3. grade_level
   4. street
   5. state
   6. zip
   7. iris_phone1
   8. iris_phone2
   9. iris_phone3
   10. mother_home_phone
   11. mother_phone2
   12. motherdayphone
   13. father_home_phone
   14. father_phone2
   15. fatherdayphone
   16. ^(*period_info;5(A);teacher_name)
   17. ^(*period_info;6(A);teacher_name)
4. Click the Submit button
