District-wide Student Search

Do you ever have a student that isn’t at your building and you need to determine which school has that student’s records?

Tired of calling around from building to building until you find the right one? There is a report that can meet your need.

Getting There:

1. Click Extended Reports from the left menu.
2. Click the Functions tab
3. Click District-Wide Student Search

Searching

1. Enter either a last name or a date of birth.
2. Click the Search button.
3. A new page will appear with all students matching either the name or date of birth including the students enrollment status and current building.
