Medical Logs for Athletes

Medical notes for athletes can be stored within PowerSchool

These logs can only be added and viewed by Athletic Trainers & Nurses.

Adding Log Entries

1. Search for and select the student.
2. From the left side navigation menu, click Log Entries under the Administration heading.
3. Click the New button at the top of the page.
4. From the Log Type drop-down, select Athletic Trainer
5. Notes and dates can be recorded for each entry.
6. Click Submit to save the log.

View & Editing Log Enties

1. Search for and select the student.
2. From the left side navigation menu, click Log Entries under the Administration heading.
3. All of the students entries can be viewed here.
4. To open a log entry for updates, click the blue date on the left side.
5. Make necessary changes and click the Submit button.
