Waived Status & Demographics
Families are unable to pay for school fees until demographics have been verified. Similarly, students are not joined to the Waived group in Rycor until demographics have been verified.
Students marked with a Waived Fee Status in PowerSchool will be added to one of two groups in Rycor:
- Waived = The student’s demographics have been verified.
- Demo Unverified = The student’s demographics have not been verified.
Waived students may be found in the following location in Rycor:
- Click Student Center
- Click Groups
- Click Custom
- Double-Click Wavied
Students waived in PowerSchool but not waived in Rycor due to demographics may be found in the following location in Rycor:
- Click Student Center
- Click Groups
- Click Custom
- Double-Click Demo Unverified
Both of these designations may be found in a student account in the following location:
- Open the student account in Rycor
- Click the Groups tab
- Waived and Demo Unverified are listed under the Custom heading on the Groups tab
