Graduates – Move to graduated school
After summer graduates are identified in Powerschool and submitted to ISBE graduation cohort, move students to the graduated school. (Note: graduates during the school year remain in their school until the school year is completed for reporting purposes. They are moved to graduated school after Rollover).
Move students to Graduated School:
Export graduated students (Summer Grads)
/exitdate>08/01/xxxx;exitcode=06
Update excel to include the following fields, Quick Import -Update Powerschool with new fields.
