Attendance Not Taken Email
The attendance not taken email is a daily email that is sent to administrators showing teachers that have not taken attendance for that day.
The email contains the the teacher name, Course and Section, course name, and period. In order to not appear on this email, teachers have to log into the PowerTeacher and take attendance for each section everyday before leaving work.
Notice:If a teacher uses the option to take Multi-section attendance, only the initial section that was clicked will not be show on the report. Since this a limitation of PowerSchool, Teachers have been told not to use Multi-section attendance if teachers would like to not appear on the Attendance Not Take Email
