Selecting Electronic W-2 Delivery

Beginning in tax year 2015, Glenbard will be delivering W2s electronically.  The system will solicit staff each year to confirm if they want electronic or paper W2s.

Making a Delivery Selection

  1. Log into Employee Access during the election window.
  2. From Employee Access, click the tile marked 2021 W-2 Delivery Election.
  3. Make a selection in the Delivery Election drop-down.
  4. Check the box under the Electronic Signature and click Submit Form.

Changing Your Selection

  1. For the 2021 tax year, you may change your selection anytime through 12/19/21.
  2. From Employee Access, click the tile marked 2021 W-2 Delivery Election.
  3. Change your selection and click Submit Form.

Note: It is crucial that you click Submit Form after making a change to your election.  If you do not click Submit form, the district will have no way to know that you wanted to change your election.
