Selecting Electronic W-2 Delivery

Beginning in tax year 2015, Glenbard will be delivering W2s electronically.  The system will solicit staff each year to confirm if they want electronic or paper W2s.

Making a Delivery Selection

  1. Log into Employee Access during the election window.
  2. You will be prompted with three options:
    1. Electronic delivery
    2. Paper delivery
    3. Ask me again later
  3. Select one of the first two options or select the 3rd option and the selection screen will appear the next time you login to Employee Access.

Changing Your Selection

  1. Although the prompt at login will no longer appear after making a selection, you can update your selection as frequently as desired during the election window.
  2. Click Employee Information from the top menu.
  3. Click W2 Information under the Payroll heading.
  4. Click the Options for Receiving My 20## W2 Electronically button on the right hand side.
  5. Make a selection and click the Save button.
