Selecting Electronic W-2 Delivery
Beginning in tax year 2015, Glenbard will be delivering W2s electronically. The system will solicit staff each year to confirm if they want electronic or paper W2s.
Making a Delivery Selection
- Log into Employee Access during the election window.
- From Employee Access, click the tile marked 2022 W-2 Delivery Election.
- Make a selection in the Delivery Election drop-down.
- Check the box under the Electronic Signature and click Submit Form.
Changing Your Selection
- For the 2022 tax year, you may change your selection anytime through 12/16/22.
- From Employee Access, click the tile marked 2022 W-2 Delivery Election.
- Change your selection and click Submit Form.
Note: It is crucial that you click Submit Form after making a change to your election. If you do not click Submit form, the district will have no way to know that you wanted to change your election.
