Call Forwarding on Cisco Phones

Before forwarding calls to a cell phone, consider if your voicemail on your personal device gives out your cell phone number. Change your cell phone voicemail message to include your name but not your phone number.

• Click the physical button below CFwdALL.

• Enter the extension or phone number you wish to forward calls to.
  • Note: If forwarding to an external number, you need to add 71 to the start.

• Once a valid number or extension has been entered, the screen will close. There will be a line towards the bottom of the screen that indicates where the phone will forward calls to.

If you no longer wish to forward calls, click CFwdALL to turn off the feature.
