Canceling Classes During Scheduling
During the scheduling process for the coming year, the APO may instruct the Data Specialist that certain courses will not be held during the next year.
The Data Specialist will compile a list of students that have requests for those courses and provide the list to the counselors, so that counselors can change the students’ requests for the coming year.
The Data Specialist should also remove the course from the active course catalog.
- Click on PowerScheduler under Applications
- Click on Catalogs under Parameters
- Click Edit Course Catalog
- In the Master Course List click the checkboxes next to the courses that you want to de-activate.
- Click the Submit button.
