Any employee that needs a substitute should be entering any time off in RedRover. Support staff needing subs should enter their time off in Skyward first. Teachers can just enter theirs in RedRover.
Log into RedRover and click “Absences” in the top left
The Scheduled Absences sub-tab on the left should automatically open but if not, click “Scheduled Absences”
Click the “Create Absence” on the right towards the top
On the page that pops up, select the days being taken on the calendar
Below the calendar, select the reason you will be out, the times you will be out, if you need a sub or not, as well as any notes to the administrator(s)
