Objective: If a student is returning a book for a paid fine and has more expensive fines, the entire return should be applied to the remaining fines.
- Check in the textbook that has been returned.
- When the textbook is checked-in, that books fine will zero out and the paid amount will reassess to other textbook fines.
- Ask the bookkeeper to adjust the student’s Acorn account accordingly:
- To zero out the old fine.
- To reassess the dollars collected on the old fine to the remaining textbook fines.
