Students with Other, More Expensive, Fines

Objective: If a student is returning a book for a paid fine and has more expensive fines, the entire return should be applied to the remaining fines.

  1. Check in the textbook that has been returned.
  2. When the textbook is checked-in, that books fine will zero out and the paid amount will reassess to other textbook fines.
  3. Ask the bookkeeper to adjust the student’s Acorn account accordingly:
    1. To zero out the old fine.
    2. To reassess the dollars collected on the old fine to the remaining textbook fines.
