The entire student body is imported to the central office server from PowerSchool each Friday. New students will be added to each building’s records overnight, so the bookstore managers will see new students each Monday. In the mean time, add a new customer record and set the “Last Name” to be equal to the student’s ID. Any sales under this record will be merged into the students actual record after import. If the student has been enrolled in PowerSchool for over a week and is still not in the POS system, submit a Web Help Ticket with the student’s ID.
