All students need lockers, deans, and counselors for the beginning of school. Each July Data Specialists must verify that the following information has been loaded into PowerSchool for incoming Freshman.<\/p>\n

  1. In order to pull up all incoming freshman, from the PowerSchool start page, click the 9<\/strong> under Browse Students.<\/li>\n
  2. Perform a Quick Export<\/strong> using the following fields: (read the Quick Export article for more details)\n

    1. Locker_Combination<\/li>\n
    2. Locker_Number<\/li>\n
    3. Dean<\/li>\n
    4. Counselor<\/li>\n
    5. IL_FER<\/li>\n
    6. IL_NELB<\/li>\n
    7. IL_FTE<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    8. Open the export in Excel and look for blanks.<\/li>\n
