These attachments function exactly like attachments in an E-Mail. This is useful for adding screenshots of error messages or other information that can be helpful for a Technician to assist with a help request.<\/p>\n<p>1. Open any ticket that you have perviously created or start a new ticket.<\/p>\n<p>2. Fill out all of the required information.<a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=352&amp;catid=22&amp;Itemid=132\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. Click the Add File button below the Request Detail box if you started a new request, or click the Add File button below the Tech&#8217;s name if you are viewing a previous ticket.<\/p>\n<p>New ticket<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/WHD%20Add-File%20New.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-921\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/WHD%20Add-File%20New.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"181\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Previous ticket<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/WHD%20Add-File%20Existing.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-1\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-922\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/WHD%20Add-File%20Existing.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"486\" height=\"223\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4. A pop-up should appear on the screen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/WHD%20Attach%20File%202.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-2\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-923\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/WHD%20Attach%20File%202.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"355\" height=\"261\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>5. Click the Choose File button. Only one file may be added at a time.<\/p>\n<p>6. A window will open that will allow you to choose your file.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/WHD%20Choose%20File.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-3\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-924\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/WHD%20Choose%20File.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"386\" height=\"232\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>7. Select the file and click the Open button. You will then be brought back to the pop-up window.<\/p>\n<p>8. Click the Upload button to complete the attachment.
