When schedules have been set, the 70-30 report must be run by the Data Specialist in order to identify sections with greater than 30% IEP so that schedules can be adjusted as necessary<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the reports.glenbard.org\/gbreports<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>IEP Class Percentages<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The page will reload with options for running the report.\n<ol>\n<li>In the <strong>Select School<\/strong> drop-down, click on your school.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Classes Over 30%<\/strong> radio button.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>View<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>When the report loads, click the link called <strong>Click to export<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/70-30%20report.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-86\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/70-30%20report.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"510\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Open the exported dataset in Excel.\u00a0 The following fields will be found on the export:\n<ol>\n<li>School (Name of your school)<\/li>\n<li>Room (room number class is being taught in)<\/li>\n<li>Period (period class is being taught)<\/li>\n<li>Room IEP (number of students with IEP in room)<\/li>\n<li>Room Non-IEP (number of regular ed students in room)<\/li>\n<li>Room total (total number of students in room)<\/li>\n<li>Room Percentage (ratio of IEP to regular by room)<\/li>\n<li>Course Number (master schedule number for the course)<\/li>\n<li>Course Name (course title)<\/li>\n<li>Section Number (course section number)<\/li>\n<li>Teacher Last name (Last name)<\/li>\n<li>Teachers First Name (First name)<\/li>\n<li>Dept (department where course is taught)<\/li>\n<li>IEP (Individual Education Plan by section- number of students with IEP Plan)<\/li>\n<li>Non-IEP (number of regular ed students by section)<\/li>\n<li>Total (total number of students by section)<\/li>\n<li>Percent (percent of students by section)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sort by percent (Column Q)<\/li>\n<li>Course that end in 51, 52, 61, 62, 71, 72 can be deleted\n<ol>\n<li>These are all special ed classes and will be at 100% because all students enrolled will have an IEP.
