This will make it easier to find students based on the same criteria.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A stored search is a dynamic list of students. \u00a0Every time the stored search is run only the students that currently match the search will appear. \u00a0This means the list will ever be changing. \u00a0If a static list is needed please use stored selections.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-create-a-stored-selection\">How to Create a Stored Selection<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into PowerSchool<\/li>\n<li>Create and test the search\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\">\n<li>Type search in the search box<\/li>\n<li>Copy what was just typed<\/li>\n<li>Click the magnifier glass<\/li>\n<li>Review the list, if it is correct move to step three, otherwise try again from Step A<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on the\u00a0word <strong>Stored Searches<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>New<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter the name<\/li>\n<li>Paste the search from Step 2<\/li>\n<li>If there are any semicolons, replace them with a new line\n<ul>\n<li>Example IL_IEP=1;Fee_status=waived turns into<br \/>\nIL_IEP=1<br \/>\nFee_status=waived<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Click <b>Submit<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"using-a-stored-selection\">Using a Stored Selection<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into PowerSchool<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Stored Search<\/strong> under\u00a0<strong>Other Options<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Find the search, Click\u00a0<strong>Run Search<\/strong> to the right<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stored Search is a way to save a search query.
