If you need to create a one time purchase order from another department&#8217;s account, please provide the quote to the department that owns the account and request that they create a PO on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Step-by-step via video<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Entering a PO in Skyward\" width=\"1333\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Gi1wM8YEaqg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step-by-step via Written Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the green menu button (<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4328\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Skyward-Menu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"48\" height=\"33\">) near the upper-left of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Purchasing<\/strong> from the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>My Purchase Order<\/strong> under the <strong>Features<\/strong> heading.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add Purchase Order<\/strong> in the upper right.<\/li>\n<li>If you have access to multiple Purchase Groups, be sure to set the <strong>Purchasing Group<\/strong> appropriately at the top.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Vendor<\/strong>, drop-down type the first few letters of the vendor name.&nbsp; All matching vendors will pop-up in the drop-down.&nbsp; Select the appropriate vendor.<\/li>\n<li>The Description and Batch can be anything for non-activity POs.
