Nursing staff can run a report to determine which students have completed different health screenings.<\/p>\n

To Get There:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. From the PowerSchool start page, click Extended Reports<\/strong> under the Functions<\/strong> heading on the left side.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the Health<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on Screening Completion<\/strong>, under the Screenings<\/strong> heading.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Running the Report:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. The report default is to show students regardless of IEP status.\u00a0 To see only IEP students check the checkbox marked Show Only IEP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. The report default is to show all grade levels.\u00a0 To run the report for only one grade level, select a grade level from the Year Of<\/strong> drop-down box.<\/li>\n
    3. The report default is to show all students regardless of screening status.\u00a0 To see only students that did or did not have a screen for the year select the appropriate value from the Screening Status<\/strong> drop down menu.<\/li>\n
