The GSD website allows users to enroll students in mass into a room for Glenbard Hour. This function allow target and quick enrollment of students<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Create a list of student IDs to be enrolled<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Log in to http:\/\/gsd87.glenbard.org<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Navigate to Function>Mass Enroll<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose Student from the User-Type <\/strong>drop-down <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Copy and paste your list of student IDs

  6. Click Select Users<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Choose a date\n
      \n
    • Selecting a date will allow the user to select a room later on<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Decide on how the capacity limits should work\n
        \n
      • Enforce Capacity<\/strong> will stop enrolling students when capacity is filled<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ignore Cacacity<\/strong> will disregard the capacity and enroll all students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Decide how the existing assignment will be handled\n
          \n
        • Override Existing<\/strong> will remove any current assignments and replace it <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Keep Existing<\/strong> will skip enrolling a student with an existing assignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Select the room to enroll the students in <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click Mass Enroll<\/strong>

        • The next page will show the results. It will let the user know if there were any issues, what the issues were, or if the student was enrolled properly
