This article contains information specific to processing the file for Glenbard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment File<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre-processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Familiarize yourself with any open issues before with EIS before being the extraction process.  Log in to the <strong>Skyward Help Center<\/strong>.  Click on <strong>Known Issues<\/strong> then <strong>State and Federal Compliance Reporting Updates<\/strong>.  In the PDF, scroll down to <strong>State Reporting<\/strong> then look for project codes ending in &#8220;IL.&#8221;  EIS will be listed in the title of any issues affecting EIS.<\/li><li>Run the <strong>EIS Category<\/strong> report, set the <strong>Tenured Flag<\/strong> to <strong>No<\/strong> and verify that the resulting list matches the non-tenured teachers.  Any discrepancies can be corrected in <strong>Employee Profile<\/strong> > <strong>State Reporting<\/strong> >  <strong>EIS<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Update the grade level assignments:<ol><li><strong>State Reporting<\/strong> > <strong>Utilities<\/strong> > <strong>Mass Update State &amp; Federal Distributions<\/strong><\/li><li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong> on the first screen.<\/li><li>Check the box labeled <strong>Update EIS Grade Level Assignment<\/strong> select <strong>04<\/strong> from the drop-down, and click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.  When the utility finishes processing click <strong>Close<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Post-processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Run the <strong>EIS Submission: Multiples of the Same Position Code at the Same Building<\/strong> building report.
