{"id":623,"date":"2013-06-11T15:11:24","date_gmt":"2013-06-11T15:11:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psws.glenbard.org\/index.php\/2013\/06\/11\/time-spent-in-office-visits\/"},"modified":"2016-03-10T15:03:29","modified_gmt":"2016-03-10T21:03:29","slug":"time-spent-in-office-visits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/ps-2\/admin-ps\/health\/time-spent-in-office-visits\/","title":{"rendered":"Time Spent in Office Visits"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"nolwrap\"><p>The hours and minutes that students spend during office visits for different types of health issues can be found on this report.<!--more--><strong>To get there:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the PowerSchool start page, click <strong>Extended Reports<\/strong> under the <strong>Functions<\/strong> heading on the left side.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Health<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Time Spent In Office Visits<\/strong> under the <strong>Office Visits<\/strong> heading.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There are three <strong>sections<\/strong> to the page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Report Controls<\/strong> filters the data found on the report.<\/li>\n<li>The middle of the page is a list of office visit records that are excluded from the time calculation due to <strong>errors <\/strong>in the visit time-in or time-out.\n<ul>\n<li>If there are no errors, this section will not appear on the page.<\/li>\n<li>Click the blue Student ID to go directly to a student&#8217;s office visit page to update any records with errors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>At the bottom of the page is the <strong>actual time reporting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Running the report<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Update controls as appropriate:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Student ID<\/strong>-Enter a student ID and only that student&#8217;s time in the office will be display on the report.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IEP Students<\/strong> drop down-Filter the report on IEP or Non-IEP<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visit Type<\/strong> drop down-Filter the report to only a specific Visit Type<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visit Outcome<\/strong> drop down-Filter the report to only a specific Visit Outcome<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start Date &amp;
