To help identify students that have never missed a period of school for four years, the Search for Perfect Attendance<\/strong> can be used for each year the students were in school.<\/p>\n

The Search for Perfect Attendance <\/strong>will be run for a group of students over and over for each year the students were in school.\u00a0 Each time the function is run the number of students will be filter down to just those who have not missed a period of school.<\/p>\n

\u00a0How to find students with 4 years of perfect attendance<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Log into PowerSchool<\/li>\n
  2. Click 12<\/strong> from the grade levels under the search box<\/li>\n
  3. Set the term to the current year term at the top of the screen<\/li>\n
  4. Click Special Functions<\/strong>>Search for Perfect Attendance<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. For Attendance mode to use<\/strong> select\u00a0“Meeting”<\/li>\n
  6. Select “The selected X students<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
  7. Select the date range\n

    1. The start date is the beginning of the school year<\/li>\n
    2. The ends date is the end of the school year<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the\u00a0ATS,DO,DT,FT,GUI,ISS,NUR,RES,SF,TE,TU in Disregard these codes when searching<\/strong>\"Search<\/a>
      \n<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Click Submit\n
