This is only available to nursing staff.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>To get there:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select a student.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Health<\/strong> under the <strong>Information<\/strong> heading on the left side.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Office Visits<\/strong> tab if it is not already selected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The visit type, date, a reason for all of the student&#8217;s office visits are listed in the table on this page.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To add a new office visit, click the <strong>Add<\/strong> button in the upper-right<\/li>\n<li>To update old visits, click the <strong>pencil<\/strong> button at the right of that particular visit.<\/li>\n<li>To delete an old visit, click the <strong>red minus<\/strong> button at the right of that particular visit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whether a visit is being added, updated, or deleted, a warning will appear stating that your changes have not been saved.<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Changes%20Not%20Saved.jpeg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-527\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Changes%20Not%20Saved.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"19\" \/><\/a> Click the <strong>Submit<\/strong> button in the buttom-right to save your work.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/officevisits1.jpeg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-1\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-528\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/officevisits1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"649\" height=\"236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/officevisits1.jpeg 1139w, https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/officevisits1-300x109.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/officevisits1-768x280.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/officevisits1-1024x373.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 649px) 100vw, 649px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Adding\/Updating Office Visit Records:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When a new office visit is added, the following fields will automatically fill in;
