Compliancy Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"nolwrap\"><p>Nursing staff can run a report to determine which students are compliant or are not compliant for particular vaccines.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>To Get There:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From the PowerSchool start page, click <strong>Extended Reports<\/strong> under the <strong>Functions<\/strong> heading on the left side.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Health<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Immunization Compliancy<\/strong>, under the <strong>Immunizations<\/strong> heading.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Running the Report:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/immunization_report.jpeg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 657px) 100vw, 657px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The report default is to only show non-compliant students.\u00a0 To see both non-compliant AND compliant students, uncheck the checkbox marked <strong>Show Only Non-Compliant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The report default is to only show active students.\u00a0 To also see inactive students, check the checkbox marked <strong>Show Inactive Students<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The report default is to show all grade levels.\u00a0 To run the report for only one grade level, select a grade level from the <strong>Year Of<\/strong> drop-down box.<\/li>\n<li>Select a vaccine from the <strong>Vaccine<\/strong> drop-down box.<\/li>\n<li>When all the settings have been set, click the <strong>Load Report<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There are five key parts to the results that will load in this report.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Directly below the settings of the report are the rules currently programmed in the system.\u00a0 If the state has changed these rules, open a PowerSchool Web Help Desk ticket to have them updated.<\/li>\n<li>The first column in the results is the student ID.\u00a0 This is actually a link that can be clicked to open the students immunizations page.<\/li>\n<li>The students date of birth is listed for reference.<\/li>\n<li>The 2nd to last column is the total number of doses of that vaccine that the student has received.<\/li>\n<li>If the student is non-compliant, the last column will list the reason why that student is non-compliant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a
