This is only available to nursing staff.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>To get there:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select a student.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Health<\/strong> under the <strong>Information<\/strong> heading on the left side.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Immunizations<\/strong> tab if it is not already selected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The vaccines tracked by Glenbard are listed down the left side of the page and the dose numbers across the top of the page.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a vaccine is optional it will be flagged with a blue box marked OP.<\/li>\n<li>If a student is exempt for religious or other reasons, the vaccine will be flagged with a purple box marked EX.<\/li>\n<li>Note: There is an out-of-compliance flag not used by Glenbard.\u00a0 It is a built in PowerSchool function only used for particular states, which Glenbard is unable to use at this time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Immunization1.jpeg\" (max-width: 522px) 100vw, 522px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Editing a Students Record<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To add or edit the date of a particular dose of a vaccine, click in the cell where the dose number and vaccine intersect.\u00a0 You can type in this field or click the calendar icon to select a date from the calendar.<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Immunization2.jpeg\" your keyboard and a warning will appear that states your changes have not been saved.<\/li>\n<li>Type in a reason why the immunization data is being changed (i.e. correcting an error, records provided by a feeder school, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Submit<\/strong> button at the bottom-right of the page, so save your work.<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Immunization3.jpeg\" vaccine.<\/li>\n<li>A pop-up box will appear with a drop-down.\u00a0 Click on the reason for exemption (i.e. disease, medical, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Once a type is selected, hit ENTER on your keyboard and
