{"id":507,"date":"2013-03-01T20:12:02","date_gmt":"2013-03-01T20:12:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/psws.glenbard.org\/index.php\/2013\/03\/01\/lunch-intervention-workflow\/"},"modified":"2016-02-04T14:04:45","modified_gmt":"2016-02-04T20:04:45","slug":"lunch-intervention-workflow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/ps-2\/admin-ps\/general-admin-ps\/lunch-intervention-workflow\/","title":{"rendered":"Lunch Intervention Workflow"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"nolwrap\"><p>The traditional lunch intervention workflow will include students, all teachers, API\/APSS, support staff, and deans.<\/p>\n<p>The lunch\u00a0intervention is based on a students grade and the teachers judgement. \u00a0Below is the process for everything to work properly.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If a student begins to fail a class, the teacher should immediately add a comment in the gradebook for that student.\n<ul>\n<li>Each comment for a failing student should start with one of the predifined district resource comment<\/li>\n<li>The resource comments are the comments with the &#8220;R&#8221; code.<\/li>\n<li>Additional notes can be put after the resource comments<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/index.php\/ps-2\/teacher-ps\/powerteacher\/assigning-resource-comments\/\">Detailed instructions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The administration runs the <strong>Lunch Intervention Failure <\/strong>report.\n<ul>\n<li>This report will identify students failing at least one class<\/li>\n<li>The report will contain the teacher comment which will help administration decide on student placement<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=225:assigning-lunch-resource&amp;catid=66:grades&amp;Itemid=176\">Detailed instructions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once the students have been identified. \u00a0Each student will then have the check box check off in PowerSchool to indicate that the student will be attending lunch intervention<\/li>\n<li>Students will then be notified by the school that the student is to report to lunch intervention<\/li>\n<li>Student will then attend a resource area during there lunch hour.<\/li>\n<li>The staff running the resource area will then used the scanning ability in PowerSchool to scan in student id cards for attendance.\n<ul>\n<li>Duplicate scans will be removed<\/li>\n<li>When the scanning is finished two lists will be generated, a red list and an green list<\/li>\n<li>The red list will be to be copied and pasted into an email and sent to the attendance staff to be manually entered and checked<\/li>\n<li>The green list is the list of students what will recieve a RES (Resource) mark for lunch<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/index.php\/ps-2\/admin-ps\/attendance\/scanning-intervention-attendance\/\">Detailed instructions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the day, deans will run &#8220;Lunch Intervention Attendance&#8221; report to determine who did not attend lunch intervention for the current day<\/li>\n<li>Repeat steps 5-7 each day lunch intervention is happening<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The traditional lunch intervention workflow will include students, all teachers, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[100],"tags":[329,330],"class_list":["post-507","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-general-admin-ps","tag-lunch-intervention","tag-workflow"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/507","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=507"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/507\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1860,"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/507\/revisions\/1860"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=507"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=507"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=507"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
