For more information on the request screen please go <a href=\"\/index.php\/ps-2\/admin-ps\/scheduling\/course-request-screens\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To setup a request screen is done in PowerScheduler. \u00a0If PowerScheduler is available on the admin PowerSchool home screen, below are instructions to adjust or create request screens.<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"adding-a-new-requirement\">Adding a New Requirement<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into PowerSchool<\/li>\n<li>Click PowerScheduler (if available)\n<ul>\n<li>Access to PowerScheduler is not available to all staff members.<\/li>\n<li>To gain access please request access from you APO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Click on screen setup\u00a0<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Screen%20setup.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Screen%20setup.png\" title=\"\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Screen%20setup.png\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-491\" style=\"vertical-align: middle;\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Screen%20setup.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"47\" height=\"28\" \/><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Click on the grade level that needs the new requirement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Click the new type of requirement. \u00a0For description on each type click <a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=202:course-request-screens&amp;catid=15:scheduling&amp;Itemid=111\">here<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Fill out all options. \u00a0All options are required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Click &#8220;Submit&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1 id=\"adjusting-an-existing-requirement\">Adjusting an Existing Requirement<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into PowerSchool<\/li>\n<li>Click PowerScheduler (if available)\n<ul>\n<li>Access to PowerScheduler is not available to all staff members.<\/li>\n<li>To gain access please request access from you APO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Click on screen setup\u00a0<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Screen%20setup.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Screen%20setup.png\" title=\"\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Screen%20setup.png\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-491\" style=\"vertical-align: middle;\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Screen%20setup.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"47\" height=\"28\" \/><\/a><\/a><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Click on the grade level that needs the new requirement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Click the name of the requirement that needs to be adjusted<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Adjusted the fields<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">If a course is missing from a requirement, adjust the course group assigned not settings of the requirement. \u00a0For information on course groups click <a href=\"index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=204:course-groups&amp;catid=15:scheduling&amp;Itemid=111\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1 id=\"activating-a-screen\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">Activating a Screen<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">If a screen has the following message &#8220;<span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
