{"id":4582,"date":"2020-03-19T07:26:22","date_gmt":"2020-03-19T12:26:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/?p=4582"},"modified":"2020-03-19T07:26:22","modified_gmt":"2020-03-19T12:26:22","slug":"business-office-vendor-address-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/technology\/skyward\/business-office\/business-office-vendor-address-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Office: Vendor Address Changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"nolwrap\">\n<p>Whether a vendor needs an address changed or just needs a different payment versus ordering address, addresses can be managed through a very similar process in Vendor Profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <strong>Vendor<\/strong> > <strong>Vendor Profile<\/strong> > <strong>Addresses<\/strong><\/li><li>Click <strong>Add Address<\/strong><\/li><li>Begin typing the address in the <strong>Address<\/strong> field and select the address if it already exists in the system.  <ol><li>If not, click <strong>Add Address<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Fill out any remaining fields that you had not previously entered and click <strong>Save New Address<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>In most cases for vendors you will want to use the select all function for the type of address.<ol><li>However, if you just need to a add a secondary payment address, check only the <strong>Remit To<\/strong> box; or only <strong>Order From<\/strong> for a secondary ordering address.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><li>If you selected all address types, you will get a warning that you will delete the other address.
