A student&#8217;s record must have their PowerSchool enrollment\/<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/glossary\/fte\/\">FTE<\/a>\/serving school\/and courses reflect where they are attending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TCD Concurrent Enrollments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TCD students (includes any Directions students with TCD in their schedule) will be mass updated prior to the start of the school year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to -Mass ADD concurrent enrollments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We use for any students enrolled in TCD <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Archive all *enrolled_in=TC@ enrollments- backup<\/li><li>Run by School<\/li><li>Query &#8211; *enrolled_in=TC@<\/li><li>\/special functions\/group functions\/mass concurrent\nenrollment<ol><li>Fill in for majority \u2013 8\/1- end school year<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"974\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/concurr.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5031\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>After fix any entry dates that are not 8\/1<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving into the school year, Data specialists will maintain TCD concurrent enrollment changes. See: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/ps-2\/admin-ps\/student-transfers\/student-transfers-technology-center-of-dupage\/\">https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/index.php\/ps-2\/admin-ps\/student-transfers\/student-transfers-technology-center-of-dupage\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concurrent enrollment example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/concurr1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4190\" width=\"949\" height=\"251\"\/><figcaption><br><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>If a student\u2019s schedule changes from a concurrent enrollment to a regular enrollment (1.0) the concurrent enrollment AND the regular enrollment will need to be exited per the end date of the course and new enrollment created per the start date of the course and new FTE (and the reverse for changes during the school year for 1.0 to concurrent) <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CREATE a new single student concurrent enrollment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the school. Edit the current\nenrollment transfer comment and IL FTE as applies<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Then\u2026. Create\na new concurrent enrollment (example TCD .50)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Create New Concurrent\nEnrollment function enables you to create concurrent school enrollments for\nstate reporting purposes. Concurrent enrollments appear on the student&#8217;s\nTransfer Info &gt; Edit Concurrent Enrollment page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Navigation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Find and open a student record.<\/li><li>Under Enrollment, click&nbsp;<strong>Functions.<\/strong>&nbsp;The Functions page appears. Click<strong>&nbsp;Create New Concurrent Enrollment.&nbsp;<\/strong>The New Concurrent Enrollment page appears. <\/li><li><strong>Mass add concurrent enrollments<\/strong> \u2013 choose school\/query students\/special functions\/group functions\/mass concurrent enroll. (This will only create part of the enrollment record. Finish with edit.)<\/li><li>sample concurrent enrollment entry:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.glenbard.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/concurr2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4191\" width=\"1290\" height=\"925\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EXIT a concurrent enrollment\n(example: student drops TCD)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exit the existing concurrent\nenrollment record by editing the record with an exit date and exit comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use functions to exit the current regular enrollment record. Exit date should\nmatch the concurrent enrollment exit date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exit code should be 17 for any\nFTE or serving school changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>==============================================================================<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re enroll the student using functions on the day after his\/her TCD exit date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Enrollment\ncode = 04 Transfer in from within district<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re enter the student\u2019s schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forward to Admin for state reporting\nfor SIS FTE change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Search by concurrent enrollments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Search by Concurrent\nEnrollments special function enables you to search, within a user-specified\ndate range, for&nbsp; students who are concurrently enrolled. You can export\nthe search results into a .csv file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Searching\nby Concurrent Enrollments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On\n     the Start Page, click&nbsp;<strong>Special Functions<\/strong>. The Special Functions\n     page appears.<\/li><li>Under\n     Illinois State Functions, click&nbsp;<strong>Search by Concurrent Enrollments<\/strong>.\n     The Search by Concurrent Enrollments page appears.<br>\n     <strong>Note<\/strong>: The dates in the Start Date and End Date fields reflect the\n     current school year and are inclusive. Records are pulled with at least a\n     start or end date within those date parameters. To see concurrent\n     enrollments for a different a date range, change the dates and click&nbsp;<strong>Filter\n     Records<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting\nStudents with Concurrent Enrollments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Under&nbsp;<em>Students  Enrolled In Selected School With Concurrent Enrollments In Another School<\/em>,  select the student(s) to be included in the report.<\/li><li>Under  Selection Controls, click&nbsp;<strong>Make Current Selection<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Export  Selected Records<\/strong>. A report is generated in .csv format.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other\nConcurrent enrollments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There can be other types of concurrent\nenrollments including students who are part time off campus.
