Before roll-over each year, Data Specialists must enroll all US Government students into Constitution Test sections. Glenbard keeps track of Constitution Test grades through a specific Constitution Test section.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: When storing grades for constitution test, either use a 1 for fail<\/strong> or a P for Pass<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  1. From the navigation menu on the left, click School<\/strong> under Setup<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Click on Sections<\/strong> under Scheduling<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Find a\u00a0US Goverment class.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the course name on the left hand side to bring up a seciton list.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the numbers in the enrollment column to access the students enrolled in that section.\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Click on the button called Enroll into Different Class\"\"<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Type in the Constitution Test course number and section number into the Course.Section textbox in the Quick Enroll section.\u00a0 A period is placed between the two numbers.\u00a0 Example format: SS1111.5<\/li>\n
  8. Click the Enroll<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
