When a student enters or re-enters a school the Data Specialist\/registrar must input specific entry comments. The following is a guide to how those comments should be formatted.<\/p>\n

If it\u2019s a new student:<\/span><\/p>\n

New. Previous school:____________________; City, State<\/p>\n

New. \u00a0New Beginnings. Previous school: ________________; City, State<\/p>\n

If it\u2019s a transfer student from one of the other Glenbard schools:<\/span><\/p>\n

New. Transferred from_______________(North, South, East, West) \u2013 written out OR<\/p>\n

New. TFN, TFS, TFE, TFW \u2013 abbreviated<\/p>\n

New. \u00a0New Beginnings. Transferred from ______________ (North, South, East, West) \u2013 written out OR<\/p>\n

New. New Beginnings. TFN, TFS, TFE, TFW – abbreviated<\/p>\n

Re-entered. Transferred from _____________(North, South, East, West) \u2013 written out<\/p>\n

OR<\/p>\n

Re-entered. TFN, TFS, TFE, TFW \u2013 abbreviated<\/p>\n

If it\u2019s a returning student:<\/span><\/p>\n
