After a new student is checked and confirmed for residency, the data department will then review the new student and add any additional data.<\/p>\n

Data will follow the below steps to deliver the student into PowerSchool and adjust any data properly:<\/p>\n

  1. Data received an email that a student is approved<\/li>\n
  2. Log into http:\/\/my.infosnap.com<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Change the View to Pending Delivery<\/li>\n
  4. Find the student(s) and check the box to\u00a0be delivered<\/li>\n
  5. Click Tasks<\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0Deliver Data<\/strong>\n

    1. If a Submission Deliver Data,<\/strong> a popup appears click continue.
      \n      \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. This means that the last batch was not closed out or delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Click Create Delivery<\/strong>\u00a0Batch<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Click\u00a0Close<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Click\u00a0Expand All<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Add the Student ID number to the Student_number field<\/li>\n
    7. Click\u00a0Match<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • PowerSchool Registration will look into PowerSchool and try to find any matches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • If there were multiple students selected, click the right arrow and repeat steps 9 and 11<\/li>\n
      • Once all the students have been reviewed, click the\u00a0Deliver Record<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Then click\u00a0Close Delivery Batch<\/strong> link at the right<\/li>\n
      • Email the necessary leads in the building that a student(s) have been delivered.<\/li>\n
      • Log into PowerSchool<\/li>\n
      • Search for the student number<\/li>\n
      • Click on the PS Registration<\/strong> page<\/li>\n
      • Fill in Counselor, Dean, Locker, and Set up web access<\/li>\n
      • Data will then email the Access information to the leads in the school and the parent’s email, if supplied.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
