Attendance will be reported to SIS system moving forward.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>For attendance reporting purposes student enrollment types are identified as claimable(<u>default for a new enrollment in Powerschool<\/u>) and non-claimable (student groups identified for a school year).<\/p>\n<p>The enrollment type can change in a school year due to a student enrollment change. All student transfer processes include student enrollment type and transfer comment requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Non-Claimable\u00a0<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 ALOP (Alternative Learning Opportunities Program)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/www.isbe.net\/Pages\/Search-Results.aspx?k=alop<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>By Course:<\/u><\/strong> Students identified by course enrollment<\/p>\n<p>(students identified by APIS and Director of Student Services)<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Directions Program<\/u><\/strong> \u2013Students enrolled in the Directions\u00a0Program (students identified by Director of Student Services\u00a0and Directions Principal)<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Select RCDTS serving schools<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 students identified by the serving school they are enrolled in.
