During the scheduling process, the APOs will make decisions about adding more sections are holding less sections of particular courses during the coming year based on FTE.<\/p>\n

The Data Specialists will make adjustments to sections in PowerScheduler.
\nAdding Sections<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. From the PowerSchool start page, click PowerScheduler<\/strong> under Applications<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Click Sections<\/strong> under Schedule<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. All of the courses are listed on the left hand side.\u00a0 Find the course that needs to be adjusted.\u00a0 Using the Internet browser’s Find function can make this very easy.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Course Name on the left hand side to pull up a list of sections.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the New<\/strong> button at the top of the list of sections.<\/li>\n
  6. Set the appropriate settings and click Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Deleting Sections<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
