Before Quarter 1 ends, each building’s Data Specialist needs to confirm that lunch and study hall will not be included in the stored grades process and take corrective action if necessary.<\/p>\n

  1. Click School <\/strong>under Setup<\/strong> on the left side<\/li>\n
  2. Click Sections <\/strong>under Scheduling
    \n<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Find Lunch in the list on the left hand menu<\/li>\n
  4. Click the course name to bring up a section list<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the period under the EXP column\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. About half way down the Edit Section<\/strong> page is a check box titled Exclude from Storing Final Grades<\/strong>.\u00a0 Click this check box.<\/li>\n
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Section page, and click the Submit<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 for all sections of lunch at the school.<\/li>\n
  9. Repeat steps 3-9 for all sections of study hall at the school<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
