The Data Support Specialist at South assists biannually in preparing documents for evacuation drills. The Data Specialist will compile a list of all students, their basic contact information, and their period 3 teachers.<\/p>\n

  1. Select all active students<\/li>\n
  2. From the functions drop-down of the student selection click Quick Export<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Include the following fields in the export:\n

    2. lastfirst<\/li>\n
    3. grade_level<\/li>\n
    4. street<\/li>\n
    5. state<\/li>\n
    6. zip<\/li>\n
    7. iris_phone1<\/li>\n
    8. iris_phone2<\/li>\n
    9. iris_phone3<\/li>\n
    10. mother_home_phone<\/li>\n
    11. mother_phone2<\/li>\n
    12. motherdayphone<\/li>\n
    13. father_home_phone<\/li>\n
    14. father_phone2<\/li>\n
    15. fatherdayphone<\/li>\n
