  3. Enter the following information

  4. Grid lines box: put a check mark in it<\/li>\n
  5. Click Submit<\/li>\n
  6. Copy this information into an excel file<\/li>\n
  7. Put page breaks between using the Student\u2019s Column (see above: ie: A-D; E-K, etc.)<\/li>\n
  8. \u00a0Change the Page Setup for Excel to match the below\n

    • Print Page:Portrait<\/li>\n
    • Margins\n
        \n
      • Top: 1″<\/li>\n
      • Bottom: 1″<\/li>\n
      • Left: 1″<\/li>\n
      • Right: 0.2″<\/li>\n
      • Header: 0.5<\/li>\n
      • Footer: 0.3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Header\/Footer\n

        1. Click Custom Header<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. In the center section enter
          \nEvacuation Drill OR Evacuation Drill \u2013 Assisted (Assisted is for Group 7)
          \nCurrent Date<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3. Click Sheet<\/li>\n
        4. In\u00a0Rows to repeat at top<\/strong> enter $1:$1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          To get the Assisted Students:1st Semester:<\/p>\n

          *Enrolled_in=NC2191<\/p>\n

          +*Enrolled_in=NC2291<\/p>\n

          2nd Semester:<\/p>\n

          *Enrolled_in=NC2192<\/p>\n
