Below are directions on how and where to find the information. There is also additional details for individual students on a student page under the link IEP Info.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"in-powerschool\">In PowerSchool<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"sections\">Sections<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click school&gt;sections<\/li>\n<li>Choose the course<\/li>\n<li>Will show the total number of IEP students in each section<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"scheduling\">Scheduling<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose a student<\/li>\n<li>Click modify schedule<\/li>\n<li>Click find<\/li>\n<li>Search for your class<\/li>\n<li>Will show you a IEP classroom percentage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"reports\">Reports<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Extended Reports<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cIEP Class Percentages\u201d<\/li>\n<li>This will list the IEP student\u2019s schedules and the percent of classes that are special ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Special ED Classes are recognized by have a 5,6, or 7 in the 5th position of the course number<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"outside-powerschool\">Outside PowerSchool<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a browser to <a href=\"http:\/\/reports.glenbard.org\/gbreports\">http:\/\/reports.glenbard.org\/gbreports<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Choose \u201cIEP Class Percentages\u201d<\/li>\n<li>This will show you on screen the information about classroom IEP percentages.
