Resources are the objects that can be placed into a master schedule such as courses, students, rooms, and teachers. Resources are copied from the prior year but must be reviewed by each building’s Data Specialist and adjusted if necessary.<\/p>\n

Course information<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Click on Courses<\/strong> under Resources from the navigation menu<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Preferences<\/strong> from the drop-down menu in the very upper-left hand corner<\/li>\n
  3. All of the courses will be listed on the left hand side. Click on a course and make any desired adjustments.
    \nImportant fields to verify are:<\/p>\n
      \n
    1. Schedule This Course<\/li>\n
    2. Use this Course for Lunch<\/li>\n
    3. Maximum Enrollment<\/li>\n
    4. Close Section After Max<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. Click Submit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Student information<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Click on Students<\/strong> under Resources from the navigation menu<\/li>\n

        3. Schedule This Student<\/li>\n
        4. Year of Graduation<\/li>\n
        5. Next School Indicator<\/li>\n
        6. Next Year Team (if Glenbard East)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        7. Click Submit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
